Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• NRP certification required.
• Experience in acute care hospital nursing.
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting Labor & Delivery nursing and ancillary staff.
• Overseeing daily staffing, scheduling, and unit operations.
• Being visible on the unit and available to staff and physicians.
• Promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Coaching, mentoring, and evaluating team members.
• Monitoring clinical outcomes, incidents, and quality metrics.
