Job summary

Miskiri Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation. You will supervise line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

You will partner with restaurant leadership to optimize daily operations, control food costs, and train culinary staff to uphold high standards during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading back-of-house teams in casual dining or full-service restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, portioning, waste, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily back-of-house operations for consistent culinary execution.
