Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting represents a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager opportunity in Florida. You will lead production and processing at a juice beverage facility, reporting to the General Manager, overseeing daily performance and team development on the production floor.

You will drive production schedules, quality, and efficiency, while managing budgets and ERP reporting for a team of 30–50 employees, with relocation available for the ideal candidate.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CIP, sanitation, and food safety.
• ERP experience covering production, scheduling, and inventory; cost management.
• Proven team leadership, development, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite with schedule flexibility and on‑call availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, blending, batching, and liquid processing to meet goals.
• Oversee CIP, sanitation, batch accuracy, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop supervisors and production staff (30–50 employees).
• Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and reduce downtime with Maintenance/Engineering.
• Coordinate production schedules, materials, inventory, and finished goods flow.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, overtime, and ERP reporting; support budgeting/capital planning.
