Job summary

The IT Security Analyst at Mosaic in Tampa will manage security platforms and applications to safeguard digital assets. This hands-on role involves engineering, deploying, and supporting cybersecurity tools, while collaborating with SOC, IAM, and infrastructure teams to ensure full coverage across protected assets.

A candidate with 3–5 years in cybersecurity engineering, knowledge of Active Directory, and familiarity with cloud services will excel.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls and processes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory users and groups.
Familiarity with cloud and service-based technology offerings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn complex technical solutions and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Engineer, design, implement, and support the full lifecycle of security platforms and applications.
Investigate and resolve cybersecurity issues, escalations and incidents promptly.
Integrate platforms with monitoring tools to achieve 100% coverage of protected assets.
Automate cybersecurity processes to improve performance and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with SOC, IAM, and infrastructure teams on security projects.
