Crosslinked in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Injection–Blow Molding Process Engineer to join our on-site manufacturing team.

You will drive process improvements on active lines, troubleshoot molding equipment, and partner with maintenance and quality to sustain peak throughput and product quality. You’ll apply hands-on experience with ISBM/IBM/IM machinery (Aoki, Uniloy, Zhongya), perform root cause analysis, and optimize oven profiles while leading project initiatives and ensuring safe, reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in mechanical/plastics engineering or related field.
• Reheat blow process and automation experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with Aoki ISBM/IBM/IM, Uniloy IBM, and Zhongya IM machinery.
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience setting oven profiles.
• Infeed and outfeed conveyor experience.
• Effective leadership and decision-making; able to lead and drive project teams.
• Training or experience in Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Ability to travel and train as needed throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Start up and calibrate molding equipment; perform checks and resolve issues.
• Coordinate production schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Diagnose process defects and implement corrective actions.
• Lead line changes and tool changes for new runs.
• Set cycles, pressures, and temperatures; ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operating practices.
• Review daily check sheets and verify preventive maintenance.
