IBM is seeking an Infrastructure Lab Technician Apprentice to work on hardware lifecycle tasks in a production/development lab environment. You will rack, stack, cable, and manage new and aging hardware, under the guidance of experienced mentors.

The program lasts up to 12 months with on‑site work and ongoing safety training. Successful candidates will join a structured apprenticeship recognized by the Department of Labor, with potential progression to full‑time IBM roles after graduation.

Qualificações

• Apprenticeship program participation is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to complete apprenticeship program requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Rack, stack, cable new hardware and manage hardware lifecycle.
• Work in a hands‑on lab environment with physical hardware.
• Learn lab safety procedures and hardware life cycle workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and mentors to support IBM Infrastructure.
