Plymouth is seeking a Maintenance Technician Trainee to support the Maintenance team in Eupora. You will assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems while training to handle essential responsibilities.

The role emphasizes OSHA safety, adherence to environmental standards, and timely operation of lifts and equipment. A High School diploma or GED and relevant maintenance coursework are preferred, with opportunities to progress within 24 months.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; related coursework preferred.
• Two or more years of production experience in a similar setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with troubleshooting and mechanical repairs of equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical/electronic systems and gas-fired boilers and furnaces.
• Operate safety-compliant procedures in line with OSHA requirements.
• Inform operators and management of potential mechanical issues and safety concerns.
• Adapt to new procedures and innovations to improve efficiency and safety.
• Operate man-lifts, forklifts, and cranes.
• Achieve Maintenance Technician Trainee status within 24 months.
