Job summary

PremiStar is seeking an HVAC Apprentice in Indiana to assist with installing, maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler systems on-site. You will work with skilled technicians, learn testing and diagnosis, wiring controls, and perform routine maintenance.

The role is physical and requires basic tools, safety awareness, and reliability. This hands-on apprenticeship offers practical training during the installation and service of HVAC and refrigeration units across customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Enrollment in an HVAC Apprenticeship program is required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC service and installations, testing equipment and wiring controls.
• Collaborate with HVAC Service Technicians on schedule and job execution.
• Assist in replacing, repairing and installing HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Power wash HVAC equipment units.
• Run performance maintenance calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
