Job summary

G & B HOTEL EMPLOYEE LEASING LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

You will handle routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, respond to maintenance requests, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and support the team with projects while maintaining tools and workspaces.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
