Pyramid Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer for Hotel Eleo at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. You will perform routine maintenance of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort maintenance is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building systems: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Performs electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, and motors.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repairs to woodwork, doors, windows, and flooring as needed.
• Keeps maintenance logs and submits reports to supervisors.
