Amaray Care is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to train caregivers in the field on a PRN basis, in Maryland client homes. You will prepare new caregivers for their first shifts and retrain current caregivers when a client's needs change, such as dementia or hospital stays.

This field-based role covers Montgomery, Prince George's, Howard and Frederick counties, focusing on safe mobility, dementia care, medication support and infection control.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted Maryland CNA, RN or LPN license (or a multistate compact license)
• At least 2 years of home care experience with seniors
• Hands-on experience with total care, safe transfers and ambulation, and Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Experience teaching, precepting or training caregivers, CNAs or GNAs
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test or PPD with clear results within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Three professional references
• Strong communication skills in English, and comfortable using email, smartphone apps and Microsoft Office

Mansioni

• Onboard and retrain caregivers in the field, preparing them for first shifts
• Teach total care, safe mobility and dementia care in clients' homes
• Coach and observe caregivers, provide on‑the‑spot coaching as needed
• Monitor and update care plans based on client changes and RN instructions
• Develop training materials and caregiver skills library
