Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree or technical program, or high school diploma/equivalent.

• Team-oriented, fast-paced and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair on heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Observe and participate in diagnosing equipment issues and solutions.
• Help perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment-related reports and maintenance logs.
• Learn and follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with mechanics, equipment managers, and field staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance and repair processes.
