The position requires physical activity, a willingness to learn through a structured two-month certification, and a readiness to support store operations from opening to closing.

• Welcome Station and Sales: Provide excellent customer service, support sales and membership growth, assist with sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures, keep wash area clean, assist with vehicle prep, identify preexisting conditions, operate equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers, encourage Google reviews, manage member accounts, stock/detail centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct, open/close duties, clean tunnel, prepare towels and materials.
