Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks an AI/Generative AI Engineer to design and implement AI solutions that automate complex operations and customer requests. You will build hands-on AI and intelligent automation using Python, LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.

The role involves developing AI agents that interpret customer intent, integrate with REST APIs and enterprise apps, and deliver production-ready workflows in a cloud-based, containerized environment.

Qualifications

• - 3+ years AI/ML or Intelligent Automation experience.
• - 3+ years Python development in AI/ML apps.
• - Hands-on with LangGraph and LangChain.
• - Strong experience with RAG design.
• - Experience with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction.
• - Experience REST API integrations.
• - Cloud-based and containerized environments.
• - MongoDB and Kafka preferred.
• - Google ADK or similar agent frameworks preferred.
• - Ability to discuss concrete AI projects.

Responsibilities

• - Support design and implementation of Generative AI solutions to automate complex operations and customer requests.
• - Build hands-on AI and intelligent automation solutions using Python, LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• - Develop AI agents that identify customer intent, collect information across applications, validate data, interact with APIs and automated workflows, and execute operational processes.
• - Design and implement LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows that streamline manual activities.
• - Build IDP solutions using Python and AI frameworks.
• - Implement document processing with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction, confidence scoring, and semantic matching.
• - Develop RAG solutions for enterprise information usage in GenAI apps.
• - Build AI agents and orchestration workflows using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK.
• - Integrate AI with REST APIs, enterprise apps, bots, and supporting services.
• - Work in containerized, cloud-driven Generative AI environment.
• - Communicate technical decisions clearly and explain model/framework choices.
• - Hybrid onsite work in Charlotte, NC three days per week.
