Qualifications

• Restaurant or comparable hospitality leadership experience with staffing responsibility.
• Ability to recruit, train, schedule, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Understanding of restaurant sales, labor planning, purchasing, inventory, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing readiness and shift coverage.
• Lead guest service standards and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the executive chef on food quality, menu execution, and timing.
• Recruit, train, and develop the team; manage staffing within budgets.
• Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost control initiatives.
