Job summary

King & George, LLC seeks a BOS General Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks. The role requires reading and following instructions, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various trades.

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5am–5pm with on-call availability. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in diverse indoor/outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in outdoor or indoor building environments desired.

Responsibilities

• Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch holes and cracks with plaster or compound.
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers and toilets.
• Paint structures and equipment.
• Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Hang doors and install/replace locks and windowpanes.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
