You'll oversee full-stack development across Microsoft environments, driving modernization, reliability, and security in a healthcare setting. Strong ownership and AI-assisted tooling are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience leading or managing software engineers in a technical environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies including .NET/C#, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and modern design practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through performance management and career development.
• Design, build, and modernize applications, APIs, integrations, and services across multiple platforms.
• Remain hands-on with coding, architecture, debugging, testing, and reviews.
• Establish engineering best practices for software quality, security, and performance.
