Honor Foods in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume, temperature-controlled food distribution environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment while developing a strong on-floor culture.

You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; mentor a team of 20+ staff; manage WMS usage and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with OSHA and FDA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience in food distribution or cold storage preferred.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ members.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory controls.
• Familiarity with OSHA, FDA and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Develop and coach Warehouse Supervisors and team members.
• Drive productivity, on-time shipping, and accuracy in orders.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and workforce needs.
• Ensure safe cold storage operations and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Inventory, Logistics, and Sales.
