Job summary

Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Fleet Technician to keep our company vehicles safe and reliable while supporting warehouse and day-to-day operations.

Pay range is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule. This role involves inspecting vehicles, coordinating needed repairs, maintaining records, and assisting with facility needs to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and experience with routine vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicles and document inspection results.
• Coordinate repairs and service with Maintenance Supervisor and outside vendors.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and operational requirements.
• Assist with warehouse, facilities, and general operations.
