Job summary

Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Fleet Technician to keep company vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for use while supporting warehouse, facilities, and daily operations.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule. The role requires inspecting vehicles, coordinating repairs, maintaining records, and assisting with facility needs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and experience with routine vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicles and document results.
• Identify potential mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/safety concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine if outside repair is needed.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records.
• Coordinate repairs with Maintenance Supervisor and vendors.
• Assist with facility and warehouse needs.
• Move personnel, equipment, and furniture as required.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tool storage.
