HTM Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Firewood & Farm Manager in Honolulu, HI to lead a hands-on team, oversee office and outdoor operations, and drive daily logistics for a growing local business.

This full-time role emphasizes ownership, timely service, and strong customer focus. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience (1+ year preferred) and skills in Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Workspace, with a focus on reliability, safety, and teamwork within a diversified service contracting

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Proven leadership and management experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Deadline-oriented and highly organized.
• Physically able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Sales or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily firewood production, packaging, and delivery to ensure on-time service.
• Manage customer communications from order to delivery and maintain professionalism and aloha.
• Train, coach, and develop the firewood team while upholding safety and performance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized farm environment and ensure equipment and materials are properly cared for.
