Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field crews in daily project activities.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and work priorities.
• Assign tasks and ensure crew understands objectives.
• Organize jobsite setup, execution, cleanup, and daily activities.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment when needed.
• Assist with moving, loading, and handling machinery and materials.
• Monitor progress and report needs or delays to management.
• Read and follow project plans and equipment requirements.
• Maintain accountability for tools and equipment.
