Trilogy Corporate Services is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead field operations in the Michigan region. You will supervise a team of Cleaning Technicians, balance hands-on cleaning with supervisory duties, and serve as the client liaison to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires full-time availability, with early shifts and occasional weekends. A strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Naturally curious and willing to learn new ways of doing things.
• Able to interact with clients professionally at all times.
• Capable of calm, rational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire a role that blends hands-on cleaning with supervisory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cleaning Technicians and manage scheduling, attendance, and field standards.
• Perform hands‑on cleaning and support daily facility needs.
• Deliver high-quality results aligned with Trilogy’s standards.
• Act as day‑to‑day client contact to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate repairs and ongoing maintenance with service partners.
• Manage cleaning routes and conduct site checks.
• Complete the Cleaning Technician training program.
