Job summary

Acero Precision, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Repair Technician for our West Chester, PA facility. This on-site, full-time role supports general upkeep, carpentry, painting, drywall, and CNC equipment detailing to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll work independently with hand and power tools, identify maintenance needs, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience in drywall, painting, carpentry and general upkeep.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfort with reading instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman maintenance including carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, patching and touch-up work.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks and communicate needs to management.
• Clean and detail CNC machine exteriors and maintain machine interiors.
• Keep manufacturing areas organized and support facility improvement projects while following safety procedures.
