Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Facility Maintenance Helper to support maintenance across U‑Haul Moving Centers, Storage Centers, and other facilities within the region. This role emphasizes hands‑on work with hand and power tools, basic carpentry, painting, and site cleanup during renovations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record to operate commercial motor vehicles.
• Adhere to all local state (provincial) and federal vehicular regulations while driving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general maintenance, installation, repair and service of facilities.
• Work with hand and power tools to perform tasks."
• Perform work requiring basic carpentry, painting and maintenance during renovations.
• Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Support skilled workers as needed and participate in ongoing U‑Haul education.
