Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and keep facility equipment and systems operating safely and reliably.

This role oversees preventive maintenance and repairs while working alongside the team to troubleshoot equipment issues. The position requires 5-7 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory duties, and a readiness to manage diverse mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of relevant maintenance experience, including plant or industrial maintenance and supervisory experience.
• Experience in welding, mechanical repair, instrumentation, electrical work, piping, or hydraulics.

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain facility equipment and systems, and ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assemble or replace components according to manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain an inventory of spare and critical parts.
• Supervise maintenance employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure maintenance work follows health and safety procedures, facility requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
• Operate a forklift when needed and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
