Maysville and Somerset Auto Repair is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance team member to support upkeep and day-to-day needs of multiple locations based in Maysville. This hands-on role involves general maintenance, property upkeep, deliveries, moving materials, and organizing storage areas.

Full-time or part-time hours are available. Pay ranges from $15–$18 per hour, with higher hours for candidates with advanced maintenance skills or construction experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Ability to drive a box truck or willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings, offices, restrooms, common areas, storage areas, and workspaces.
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning of buildings, equipment, floors, and facility areas.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, parking lots, buildings, dumpsters, equipment, and exterior surfaces.
• Mow grass, weed eat, pull weeds, trim shrubs.
• Organize storage areas, shelves, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
