Job summary

Maysville and Somerset Auto Repair is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance team member to support upkeep, organization, and day-to-day needs across multiple locations. This hands-on role includes cleaning, light construction, and operation of equipment with travel between sites as needed.

The position offers flexibility between part-time and full-time hours, with higher pay for experienced, skilled work within the $15–$18/hour range.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to travel between multiple locations.
Capacity to lift and move 50+ pounds safely.
Experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction work preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of buildings, offices, restrooms, and storage areas.
Perform heavy-duty cleaning of buildings, equipment, floors, and facility areas.
Pressure wash sidewalks, parking lots, buildings, and exterior surfaces.
Mow grass, weed eat, trim shrubs, and maintain property appearance.
Move boxes, furniture, materials, and supplies between locations.
Load and unload deliveries and operate a company box truck between sites.
Travel between multiple locations as needed and assist with errands.
Perform basic handyman and general maintenance tasks; assist with projects as capacity allows.
