Job summary

JSET is seeking a Facilities Assistant to help keep our warehouse, inventory, and facilities organized and ready to support our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and wants to build a career in operations, logistics, or facilities management.

You will assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory, loading/unloading deliveries, and maintaining orderly workspaces while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store inventory, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging deliveries.
• Help track and issue tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain organized warehouse, storage, and common areas.
• Support inventory counts and material audits.
• Assist with facility needs, furniture moves, and equipment setup.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure materials are where they need to be.
• Identify inventory shortages, damaged materials, or facility concerns.
• Support office and field teams with general operational needs.
• Follow established safety and housekeeping standards.
