Job summary

Corridor Capital is seeking a versatile Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Specialist to care for four scrap yard locations. This hands-on role covers basic construction, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs, with welding and fabrication preferred.

You will travel between sites to perform preventative maintenance and address issues before they escalate. The ideal candidate has strong handyman skills, can operate hand and power tools safely, and can work independently across

Qualifications

• valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities.
• experience with construction, carpentry, painting, landscaping, concrete or property maintenance.
• ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• strong general handyman and maintenance skills.
• ability to work independently and manage projects across multiple locations.
• preferred welding and metal fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings and facilities.
• Complete basic construction, carpentry, framing, trim, and repair projects.
• Repair doors, gates, fencing, walls, ceilings, shelving, cabinets, and other components.
• Interior and exterior painting, patching, caulking, and finishing.
• Coordinate with management when a licensed or specialized contractor is needed.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, weed control, cleanup, and parking areas.
• Travel between four company locations to support maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety and proper use of PPE and follow procedures.
