Responsibilities

• This position is a hands-on Physical Plant Director who will routinely complete maintenance tasks on the community premises.
• Direct, coordinate, and complete physical plant services to maintain the building and grounds.
• Routinely inspect the physical plant and provide preventative maintenance to standards of practice.
• Coordinate, direct, and document fire drills and fire drill training.
• Establish and maintain a service schedule for equipment and systems.
• Maintain outside yard care and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
