Beach Happy is seeking a highly creative, hands‑on Executive Producer / Head of Content to lead strategy, production, and execution across social media, Beach Happy Radio, podcasts, events, partnerships, road experiences, and emerging channels.

This senior role combines creative vision with operational discipline; the ideal candidate develops new content series, directs talent, plans multi‑city shoots, reviews performance, and even shoots or edits if needed.

Qualifications

Experience producing personality‑driven, social‑first content across digital platforms.
Ability to shoot and edit short‑form content personally and deliver quick turnaround work.
Strong editorial judgment, storytelling instincts, and a consistent brand voice across formats.

Responsibilities

Own the Beach Happy content strategy, weekly production slate, routes, calendar, and publishing cadence.
Develop repeatable formats, recurring series, and personality‑driven concepts.
Direct editorial direction, captions, tone, and publishing standards while keeping content authentic.
Personally shoot/edit using mobile and mirrorless cameras with fast editing platforms.
Lead Road Hosts and Shooter/Editors, coaching and scheduling.
Plan and oversee Gulf Coast road production and multi‑city shoots.
Lead content planning for events, partnerships, and activations.
Oversee Beach Happy Radio programming from concept to distribution.
Manage podcast and long‑form content with social distribution in mind.
Oversee publishing workflow for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more.
Monitor performance and adjust formats and publishing priorities.
Manage budgets, vendors, and production resources.
