PRO EM National Event Services is a national leader in large‑scale event production, delivering tents, staging, flooring, and turnkey solutions for sports, concerts, and corporate events.

The Marketing Specialist will own day‑to‑day execution of the company’s marketing efforts and serve as the primary contact for outside strategists and content partners, translating strategic direction into content and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience including content creation, social media, and campaign execution.
• Experience coordinating or managing outside agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
• Familiarity with CMS and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong writing and editing skills to represent the PRO EM brand.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of the marketing plan and content calendar, translating direction from leadership into action.
• Serve as primary contact for outside content, social media, and creative partners, briefing priorities and reviewing deliverables.
• Lead creation and scheduling of content across social media, website, email, and paid social channels.
• Develop and manage marketing and sales enablement materials with the sales team.
• Manage on-site photo and video content capture at client events and build a content library.
• Own website content updates and basic SEO hygiene within the CMS.
• Coordinate PRO EM's presence at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics and flag trends or recommendations.
• Help maintain brand consistency across regions, lines, and partners.
• Support public relations efforts, including drafting press release copy and handling media inquiries.
