Job summary

LGH USA in Appleton, WI seeks a mechanically inclined individual to join our team, maintaining rental equipment and ensuring its immediate availability for safe use. You will inspect, disassemble, repair, reassemble and test equipment.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Full time; overtime possible. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with a $1 raise after 6 months and annual increases; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability and a 401(k) with 5% company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools desired.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid Driver's License with good driving record; DOT certification required upon commencement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hand-operated, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload delivery vehicles and transport equipment within the warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and timely.
