Hunter Fan Company seeks a hands-on Enterprise Architect to establish, document, and govern technology standards across our IT landscape. The role focuses on applications and data architecture with responsibility for reliability, security alignment, and automation opportunities.

This is not a people management role; the ideal candidate will document current state, define standards, and guide future-state decisions while partnering with IT teams to reduce debt and improve scalability.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise, solution, or data architecture roles.
Hands-on experience documenting current-state technology environments.
Experience defining architecture standards, governance, and design reviews.
Understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, and data movement.
Familiarity with ITIL change management and service management processes.
Experience with process mining and RPA initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and maintain enterprise architecture standards across applications, data, and automation.
Establish governance processes to ensure standards are applied across projects.
Align architecture with ITIL processes including change, incident, and release management.
Review changes for alignment with standards and improve architecture review practices.
Lead current-state documentation and artifacts for applications, data, and integrations.
