Job summary

Radar, based in NYC, seeks an Engineering Manager for the Radar Protect team. You will act as a hands-on leader, writing and reviewing code while managing a team in our NYC HQ, guiding cross-stack development across mobile, frontend, and backend.

You will drive delivery of fraud detection and compliance features, influence product direction, and work closely with customers to translate feedback into robust software, all within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and shipping across multi-stack teams.
• Strong technical fundamentals in TypeScript, Rust, React.
• Comfort working in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Excellent collaboration with customers and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across backend, frontend, and mobile.
• Lead a team of engineers across multiple stacks.
• Work on Radar Protect core products using TypeScript, Rust, React.
• Talk to Radar customers and prospects, hear feedback, implement it.
