The role includes travel to properties, performing essential restoration tasks, and maintaining safe job sites. You’ll receive training and opportunities for advancement while being part of a dedicated team making a real impact.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable with strong attendance and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments.
• Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces.
• Available to work overtime and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties for emergency restoration projects.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services.
• Monitor drying equipment and maintain a clean job site.
• Assist Crew Chiefs with project completion and daily responsibilities.
