Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Engineer - 1 to join our team in a hands‑on role focused on analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies and PCBs.

You will work with senior engineers and production teams to debug, reverse engineer, and modernize legacy products, developing firmware in C and Python and gaining exposure to display technologies and embedded interfaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics engineering role requiring analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of assemblies and PCBs.
• Experience with reverse engineering, component identification, and schematic reconstruction is expected.
• Develop basic embedded firmware and test software using C and Python.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reverse engineering of electronic assemblies and PCBs, including tracing signals and documentation.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and failure analysis on boards.
• Use lab equipment to diagnose electrical problems and test interfaces like LCD/LED displays and touchscreens.
• Assist in developing test fixtures and automated test solutions for board-level diagnostics and validation.
• Support redesign and modernization of legacy circuit boards and prototype validation.
