Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Panel Services assembler in Georgia to build electrical control panels per Engineering and UL508A specs. You will mount, wire, cut, and assemble components, following schematics and CAD drawings.

The role requires heft lifting at times, attention to quality, and the use of hand and power tools in a fast-paced setting. The position offers standard production hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; related technical training or experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and CAD/assembly drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, drill, punch and cut metal enclosures as required.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD assembly drawings; wire components accordingly.
• Use hand and power tools; install components and route wiring with attention to detail.
• Produce assemblies, apply labels, and package peripherals.
• Stand 8-10 hours; maintain organized work area for safety and productivity.
• Use computer ERP system to perform transactions; assist verifying stock with cycle counts.
