SA Family Dentist is seeking a hands-on Dental Practice Manager in the San Antonio area. You will lead from the front, perform essential front office duties, coach the team, and drive production and collections while delivering outstanding patient care.

You will actively manage daily operations, improve case acceptance, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork, ensuring high standards of service and business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience required.
• Open Dental software experience required.
• Previous dental office management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental practice and stepping in wherever help is needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example by performing front office duties and coaching the team.
• Drive daily, monthly, and annual production and collections goals and monitor performance.
• Motivate and develop the team; set clear expectations and address performance issues.
• Manage daily operations to keep schedules productive and patients accommodated.
• Improve case acceptance and collections through treatment plan follow-up.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience with service-oriented care and professionalism.
• Maintain accountability via KPIs, regular huddles, and transparent communication.
