Job summary

Ironclad Defense Works in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a Senior Data Integration & Decision Support Engineer to deliver hands-on data solutions for NATO Allied Command Transformation. You will design, build, test, and document data integrations and analytical products that directly support program and portfolio decision-making.

The role requires extensive SQL and Python, data modeling, and dashboards, with a focus on data quality and governance, end-to-end delivery, and collaboration with users,

Qualifications

Hands-on data integration and analytics delivery across lifecycle.
Experience delivering BI products used by decision-makers.
Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical language (Python, R, etc.)
Preferred: experience with defense or multinational programs.

Responsibilities

Develop data integration pipelines and data models.
Collaborate with users to define decisions and data requirements.
Build dashboards and analytical products for portfolio decisions.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance.
Document data sources, transformations, and rules.
Transition prototypes to production environments.
