Job summary

Dieffenbach’s Snacks is seeking a Data Entry Associate to join Team C in Bethel. You will move between production, data entry, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate labeling and proper documentation while keeping the dock area organized and safe.

Role requires hands-on work with forklifts and other equipment after training; pay is $18.25/hr plus a $1 shift differential, and background/drug screening are required post-offer.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong attention to detail for date codes and labels.
• Ability to operate material-handling tools after training.

Responsibilities

• Staging corrugate, film, and raw materials to keep production running.
• Hand-stacking finished cases and verifying date codes and labels.
• Editing and printing case labels and pallet tags as runs change.
• Loading goods onto trailers and documenting actions clearly.
• Maintaining dock area cleanliness and safety for the team.
• Assisting packers and machine operators when needed.
• Sanitizing areas and equipment to stay food-safe and inspection-ready.
• Using forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers after training.
• Spotting issues, reporting problems, and helping resolve quickly.
