Job summary

Dieffenbach’s Snacks is seeking a Data Entry Associate to keep our packing and shipping lines moving. You’ll move between production, data entry, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment, staging materials, verifying dates and labels, and assisting the team to meet standards.

This hands-on role involves lifting and working near wet or noisy conditions, with duties including loading goods, sanitizing areas, and helping operators as needed to maintain safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Staging corrugate, film, and raw materials so production never skips a beat
• Hand-stacking finished cases, checking every detail—from date codes to case labels—to make sure each pallet meets company and customer standards
• Editing and printing case labels and pallet tags as runs change
• Loading finished goods onto warehouse shuttle trailers and documenting everything clearly
• Keeping the dock floor organized, clean, and safe for the whole team
• Pitching in to help packers and machine operators when needed
• Sanitizing and cleaning plant areas and equipment so we stay food-safe and inspection-ready
• Using forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and other material-handling tools once you’re trained
• Spotting issues, reporting equipment problems, and helping solve them fast
• This role is active and hands-on. You’ll move between production, data entry, and quality checks in a high-paced, sometimes wet or noisy environment.

What You’ll Do

Pay:$18.25/hr. Pay includes a $17.25 base pay and a $1.00 shift differential.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable law.
