Job summary

Upbound Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Engineer II to maintain and improve our security platforms. You will manage the PAM system (Delinea Secret Server), deploy Zscaler across the enterprise, and drive DLP and IAM initiatives.

The role emphasizes end-to-end platform ownership in a hybrid, AI-enabled security program. You will work in our Plano, TX environment, coordinating with IAM, network, and security teams to reduce risk and improve incident response times.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience (3-5 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist PAM onboarding, credential rotation, session management.
• Deploy and tune Zscaler policies, monitor tunnels and client connectors.
• Configure DLP across endpoints, networks, email, cloud channels.
• Support Entra ID lifecycle, CA policies, MFA, SSO integrations.
• Triage security tickets, document fixes, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate on incident response and security posture improvements.
