Job summary

Upbound Group is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Engineer II to join our Security team in Plano, TX. This role focuses on administering PAM (Delinea Secret Server), managing Zscaler deployments, and leading DLP initiatives across endpoints, email, and cloud.

You will drive IAM operations, support for Entra ID, and contribute to governance, policy tuning, and automation within our AI-enabled security program. The position emphasizes end-to-end platform ownership in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in cybersecurity engineering or related security operations.
• Hands-on PAM experience with Delinea Secret Server or equivalent.
• Experience deploying and supporting Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
• Familiarity with Entra ID / Azure AD and conditional access.

Responsibilities

• Manage PAM onboarding, rotation, and session control across platforms.
• Deploy and tune Zscaler policies, client rollout, and troubleshooting.
• Operate DLP controls across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
• Support IAM, SSO, and Entra ID governance and access reviews.
• Triage security incidents and coordinate with IT and Compliance.
