Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and/or American Sign Language preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with approved driving record.
• Background check per site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure custodial teams complete work on time and within scope.
• Supervise, audit, and inspect worksites.
• Develop policies, processes, and workflows for the custodial team.
• Communicate with building managers and employees.
• Report operational issues to leadership.
• Coach and mentor custodial staff.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll hours to budget.
• Submit supply orders and manage inventory.
• Maintain equipment and fleet records including maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and dress code.
• Represent the organization in the community.
