Job summary

Cornell Pump Company, LLC is seeking a hands-on Crate, Skid & Packaging Specialist to join the shipping team in Clackamas, OR. You will build crates for industrial equipment, label and verify shipments, and assist with loading and unloading operations to support global distribution.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and follow shipping documentation.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Build wooden crates, skids, and custom packaging for industrial equipment.
Prepare, label, and verify shipments for accuracy and safe transport.
Load/unload materials and assist with shipping operations.
Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet daily schedules.
Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
