Job summary

ALEN CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor/Team Leader to manage a crew on a Florida job site. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication and practical construction knowledge to guide daily activities and maintain safety and quality.

You will plan, review, and supervise tasks, coordinate with upper management, train crew members, and ensure documentation such as RFIs and progress reports are accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related construction field.
• 5–8 years of related construction experience.
• General construction experience in government projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience performing main construction trades.
• Lead by example and provide training by self-performing the job.
• Train and guide crew members to perform the work with high quality.
• Implement Safety Plan and coordinate safety meetings.
• Identify and communicate material and equipment needs.
• Review submittals, create RFIs and manage quality control.
