Job summary

Baillow Recruiting LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator in New Hope, MN to support field and office teams on active construction projects. This role emphasizes hands-on experience, inspections, coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in EHS or related field, construction safety exposure, and strong communication skills. OSHA-30 or CHST exposure is a plus, with potential for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.
• Construction safety experience in HVAC/mechanical/commercial construction is strongly preferred.
• OSC/OSHA awareness and safety program development experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of safety programs and site safety plans.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections across active job sites.
• Provide safety guidance and coaching to field and office staff.
• Assist with incident investigations and near-miss reporting.
• Help ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations.
• Coordinate safety trainings and new hire orientations.
• Maintain and update safety policies and procedures.
