Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is offering a Project Engineer Intern position for 2027, with opportunities for a May–August summer internship or January–August spring co‑op, and May–December fall co‑op.

You will assist the project team on designated projects while learning construction industry processes, procedures, and Ryan business policies. The role focuses on learning budgets, scheduling, and site coordination in a real‑world setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or a related field.
• Within 18 months of graduating.
• Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three‑month term.
• Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in completing designated projects while learning construction processes and Ryan policies.
• Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts and change orders.
• Develop knowledge of job‑site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
